• Model & showroom manager: 1984-88-"Climax" showroom - Dallas Apparel Mart-highlights in wholesale- modeling with Vanna White & selling to Neiman Marcus!
• Retail management: 1985-87 "Razzberries" Boutique, Richardson, Texas (The Building is a mini-Razzberries!)

The Story of The Building
In 1990, I was designing children's wear at a factory in Gravette when I asked my Daddy if I could borrow his building to use as a clothing store. Never one to say no to his baby girl, his response was, "What will you call it?"
I thought for a moment and said , "I guess I'll call it The Building, since that's what our family has called it for nearly twenty years."
The Building was born.
